We use case studies, flip charts and powerpoint in our briefings where necessary together with video, where appropriate.
We use quizzes and puzzles both to help maintain energy throughout the day
but also to revise what has been learned and convey useful information.

Our seminars are tailor-made. We ask the delegates to fill in a pre-seminar questionnaire before the seminar and we tailor the seminar to precise needs.
We provide all training materials, including our special business briefings.
Situations
A key part of the seminar is participants’ opportunity to measure their reactions against a number of specific situations and to observe how their mindset changes during the course of the day.
